    I was very disappointed that it took over a week to receive the pellets, but with that said I have never seen such consistent smoke from by pellet grill. Some ribs I cooked had a very nice color to them with noting but salt and pepper added to them. The taste was great and you could tell something was very different about these ribs in a good way.

    I love these pellets just with it was about 5 to 10 dallars cheaper because I would smoke everthing with these I have not found onething bad about them

    This is the second time I’ve used your wine country pellets and they produced the best 👌 smoke I’ve ever seen. The first time I used them were on baby back ribs and they tasted great 👍. This time I used them to make smoked cream cheese. Unbelievable flavor. It’s like having your wine and cheese snack. Just great. Thanks again, Dennis

    Purchased from Coastal Farm & Ranch store when passing through Oregon and love them. They create great smoke and the flavor is awesome.
    Can’t find a store close to us that carries these pellets and don’t get to Oregon very often with gas prices going to purchase direct.

    AWESOME pellets, great flavor, surprisingly mellow for Oak! Even burn rate, used on T-Bone steak for first use, smoked at 250 degrees for 15 min, then onto 500 degree grill for reverse sear goodness!

      Hi Steven, Thank you for this question. Yes, they can be used instead of smoking chips in gas and electric smokers just put them in the tray for the chips. On a charcoal grill, put a hand full pellets on the coals near the end of your cook. Enjoy!

    I have been smoking with my dad and on my own for over 30 years. I have a traditional offset smoker. I tried using handfuls of these pellets for flavor. I was very impressed with the smoke they produced and the flavor it left with the meat. I would absolutely use these again.

    We are new to having a smoker. We have tried cherry and hickory pellets. I was not a fan of either and regretted the smoker. They completely covered up the taste of any meat. With these wine infused pellets it just added a subtle flavor to the meat that was absolutely delicious. We grilled steaks and smoked beef tenderloin and both were the best I have ever tasted.
