Iwould like to say the wine infused pellets did a very good job gave my ribs a great taste to them i highly would tell others yes try them please .

WINE Infused Oak pellets? Seriously, what’s not to LIKE!
I usually reserve any Oak Smoker pellets for certain cuts of meat, as they are right below Mesquite on the ‘Smoke Scale’ and can be a bit over-powering. That being said, these pellets were not only tastefully mellow, but with a unique flavor that I’ll flat out say… was the wine soaked Oak. AWESOME product and shipped very quickly, arrived on time and safe and sound. I’m adding this to my extensive line-up of chips and pellets. (5.5 stars from me, but nowhere to click that choice)

Cooked some Salmon the way I usually did on the old gas grill, however using these BBQ pellets, my wife commented that this was the best Salmon she’d ever eaten.
